National President, Ministers of God Prayer Network International (MGPN), Bishop Bola Oyegbami, has assured the Church and Nigerians in general that happy days are coming again as God is ready to shower mercy and blessings on the people.

She said this at a-one day prayer forum organised by MGPN with theme: “Restoration Unto Wealth Upon Nigeria from God” which took place at Chapel of Christ The Light, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos. The representatives of Lagos State governor’s wife, Dr. Ibijoke Sanwoolu, were among people that graced the event.

“Prior to the prayer session, we have just concluded 70-day night vigil, praying for the nation and God said He has answered our prayers and that He will bring wealth into the nation. God will make a David of whosoever is on the throne and the situation will be changed as the throne in the nation is connected and dedicated to the throne of God. The Throne of God is of righteousness and justice. God is going to turn things around for good in the country,” she said.

Odegbami enjoined government to implement policies that would improve the economy, create new jobs, establish industrial farming, come up with export-friendly policies and curb insecurity, saying this would go a long way to checking the exodus of youths to other countries for greener pastures.

Dr. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu in her address said the theme of the Prayer Forum resonates with the challenges and aspirations of the people, adding that in a world where adversity and uncertainty abound, people should turn to the Almighty God for mercy, grace and blessings.

She reminded Nigerians that the journey towards restoration has its own woes and if we can endure, we shall all rejoice at the end.

Chairman, Lagos State Chapter of Cherubim and Seraphim Unification Church of Nigeria, Special Apostle Segun Adio, said Tinubu’s administration has four years life span for this term and expressed belief that it will get it right as we go along.
