In a significant move to bolster the real estate sector in Oyo State, Amb. Victor Adesewa Adegbile, CEO of Land Republic and Financial Secretary of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Oyo State chapter, joined a delegation led by Hon. Dr. MKH, Chairman of REDAN, Oyo State chapter, on a visit to key stakeholders in the Oke Ogun region. The visit commenced with a courtesy call on Hon. Shina Peller, the Ayedero of Yorubaland, where discussions centered around collaborative efforts to enhance the real estate landscape in Oyo State.
Following this, the delegation visited the Palace of the Aseyin of Iseyin land, HRM Oba Sefiu Oyebola Adeyeri III, Ajirotutu I. As the Chairman of the Oke Ogun Council of Obas and the Vice-Chairman of the Council of Obas in Oyo State, the King’s royal blessings and unwavering support were pivotal.
Reflecting on these engagements, Amb. Victor Adesewa Adegbile expressed, “We are deeply committed to addressing the shelter challenges in Oke Ogun and driving overall development in Oyo State. The support from our traditional and governmental leaders is crucial to achieving our goals.”
The day concluded with a productive meeting with Hon. Olakunle Akinsete, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Housing and Urban Development, who is also a member of the Oyo State Housing Board. This meeting further solidified the association’s resolve to work harmoniously with all stakeholders to address housing issues effectively.
