Founder, Stanbic IBTC Bank, Atedo Peterside, has expressed his joy as the bank turned 33, on Wednesday.
While taking to his Twitter handle to share the good news, Peterside reminisced about being 33 years old when he started the business.
He said, “Exactly 33 years ago, IBTC now #StanbicIBTC was founded when I was 33 years old. That was on 02 February 1989. Today, 33 years later, I thank God for the lives of all those who played a part in building this great institution and in making it possible for me to look back 33 years.
The business mogul also hinted on diversifying his career journey with the next phase of his life.
“Today is 2-2-22. Is there significance in this date? Why does it coincide with something that started 33 years ago? 33 years later is 2-2-22. What should I spend the next 33 years doing (if I am alive),” he wrote.
