Amel International soars at aluminum jubilee

It was an evening of celebration galore as  Amel International Services Limited (AISL) marked its 10th anniversary to celebrate the incredible achievement of a decade of excellence in the FMCG industry as well as appreciating longstanding stakeholders in Lagos recently.
  
The highlight of the event which was attended by guests from all walks of life featured a documentary of the journey so far while unveiling a new website as well as an upcoming CSR project for primary and secondary schools nationwide.
  
AISL which was recently awarded by the Financial Times and Statista as one of the Fastest-Growing Companies in Africa for 2024 is a leading food and beverage manufacturing company in Nigeria and makers of the Amel Susan products.
  
In his welcoming speech, AISL Chairman, Mr Joe Nsek who asked for a moment of silence in memory of the founder of the Amel Susan brand, Noble Chief Dr. Peter Nsek, whose vision and guidance laid the foundation for the company, appreciated stakeholders for their steadfastness in the last 10 years noting that over the years, the brand has become a household name for all Nigerians.
  
Speaking, wife of the late founder, Lady Deborah Nsek, “The Amel Susan products started from recipes developed with my hands from my kitchen. So I can say I am Susan. I remember when my husband would get the materials, and I would use local tools because we had no machines when we started. We used friends and acquaintances to test the quality of what we did. Our passion shaped the Amel Susan brand into what it is today.”
  
In his remark, the Managing Director of ALSL Akan Peter Nsek, who shared his vision for the next decade said: “with an extensive network of over 8,000 dealerships, wholesalers, and retailers across Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, AISL is poised to capture the global FMCG and agri-food industry.
  
He however emphasised continued growth and expansion into new markets: “We are committed to not just maintaining our current standards but exceeding them, reaching new heights, and entering new markets.”
